Speaker: Cody Sipe, PhD – Harding University Physical Therapy program 

Objectives: After attending this presentation, the learner should

  • Identify lifestyle behaviors and strategies that have been shown to prevent cognitive decline in aging adults
  • Describe the roles of exercise in maintaining cognitive function and staving off dementia in aging populations
  • Describe safe and effective exercise programming recommendations for older adults with dementia
